Conceal Carry Handgun License

Hours: Mon, Wed, Fri: 9:00am to 3:00pm Will not be accepted any other days (except for ER licenses)
Where: Marion County Sheriff's Office 889 Marion Williamsport Rd. E., Marion, Ohio
Cost: $67.00 Ohio citizen over 5 years
  $91.00 Ohio citizen less than 5 years
Must Bring: Valid Ohio Driver's License or State ID  
  Completed Application You can get the application at the Ohio Attorney General's website or the Marion County Sheriff's Office
  Passport Sized Photo Attached to Application NO APPOINTMENT IS NECESSARY
  Original NRA or OPATA Certificate of CCL Training  

Concealed Carry Handgun License Renewal

Hours: Mon, Wed, Fri: 9:00am to 3:00pm Will not be accepted any other days (except for ER licenses)
Where: Marion County Sheriff's Office 889 Marion Williamsport Rd. E., Marion, Ohio
Cost: $50.00 Ohio citizen over 5 years
  $74.00 Ohio citizen less than 5 years
Must Bring: Valid Ohio Driver's License or State ID  
  Completed Application including verification that you re-read the CCW Pamphlet. You can get the application at the Ohio Attorney General's website or at Marion County Sheriff's Office

Emergency Carry a Concealed Handgun License

Must meet the following criteria: 21 Years of Age and Resident of Marion County
Cost: $37 (plus FBI check cost if Ohio citizen less than 5 years) Documentation as to why they your life is in danger (copy of CPO, TPO or police reports)
  Sworn Affidavit
Temporary License is good for 90 days You can get the application at the Ohio Attorney General's website or at the Marion County Sheriff's Office
Temporary License is not renewable
