Carry a Concealed Handgun License

Hours:	Monday - Friday 8:45am to 3:45pm	There may be times when Deputy McDonald may have to leave due to other duties.
Where:	Marion County Building, Security Desk	222 West Center Street Marion, Ohio
Cost:	$67.00	Ohio citizen over 5 years
	$67.00 (plus FBI check Cost)	Ohio citizen less than 5 years
Must Bring:	Valid Ohio Driver's License or State ID
	Completed Application	You can get the application at the Ohio Attorney General's website or at Marion County Building
	Passport Sized Photo Attached to Application
	Original NRA or OPATA Certificate of CCL Training

Carry a Concealed Handgun License Renewal

Hours:	Monday - Friday	There may be times when Deputy McDonald may have to leave due to other duties.
Where:	Marion County Building, Security Desk	222 West Center Street Marion, Ohio
Cost:	$50.00	Ohio citizen over 5 years
	$50.00 (plus FBI check Cost)	Ohio citizen less than 5 years
Must Bring:	Valid Ohio Driver's License or State ID
	Completed Application including verification that you re-read the CCW Pamphlet.	You can get the application at the Ohio Attorney General's website or at Marion County Building

Emergency Carry a Concealed Handgun License

Must meet the following criteria:	21 Years of Age and Resident of Marion County
Cost: $37 (plus FBI check cost if Ohio citizen less than 5 years)	Documentation as to why they your life is in danger (copy of CPO, TPO or police reports)
	Sworn Affidavit
Temporary License is good for 90 days
Temporary License is not renewable
