LEVEL 2 SNOW ADVISORY ISSUED
At 10:30pm the Marion County Sheriff's Office upgraded the snow advisory for Marion County to a LEVEL 2 Snow Advisory. Primary and secondary roadways are snow covered and hazardous due to the falling snow coupled with the increase in wind speeds. Crews with the Ohio Department of Transportation and the Marion County Garage are in the process of clearing the roads, however roadways are hazardous.
The National Weather Service has placed Marion under a WINTER STORM WARNING which will remain in effect until Wednesday February 10th at 7:00pm.Motorists should use extreme caution while driving and only travel if it is essential.
