On 09.04.2012 at 3:25pm a resident in the 500 block of Campbell Rd. called The Marion

County Sheriff’s Office to report he had come home to find subjects committing a burglary

at his residence. The homeowner struck the suspect vehicle and the suspect’s fled the

area. The homeowner continued to chase the suspects until they fled on foot from their

vehicle on Clinton Street. With the assistance of the Marion City Police Department the

suspects were captured in the 480 block of St. Gallen Street. The suspect vehicle was

recovered as well as a large amount of stolen property from the residence on St. Gallen

Street with the assistance of the Marion City Police Department. The following suspects

were arrested and pending further investigation additional charges are possible on more

suspects;

·         Stephanie A. Bussard, 32 years of age, Last Known Address 77 Hill St. Delaware, Oh.

Receiving Stolen Property.

·         Jared L. Christian, 35 years of age, 488 St. Gallen Street Marion, Ohio.

Burglary.

·         Raymond F. Morrow, 27 years of age, 488 St. Gallen Street Marion, Ohio.

Burglary.

Additional charges may also be filed on these three subjects pending further investigation by Marion, Union, and Delaware County authorities. Sheriff Tim Bailey would like to thank residents who were vigilant in assisting the sheriff’s office in trying to locate these suspects as well as his staff who has also been vigilant in their patrols due to the burglaries while being shorthanded due to layoffs and having an increased call load.
