The Delaware, Knox, Marion, Morrow (DKMM)Solid Waste Management District, as required by law, has submitted a five-year draft plan update to the OEPA for their initial review. The District's Plan must cover a period of fifteen years for management of the District's generated solid waste. Upon approval by the OEPA and ratification by the District's political subdivsions, the new plan will become effective in 2013.

The Development of the District's Solid Waste Managment Plan is the resposibility of the Policy Commttee. The implementation of the District's Plan is the resposbility of the Board of Directors.
