Please be aware that the Marion County Auditor’s Office currently has workers inspecting properties for new construction, board of revision hearings and destroyed property.Under Ohio Revised Code 5713.01 (B), the CountyAuditor receives authority to inspect the interior and exterior of a property for appraisal purposes. All appraisers have photo identification cards available for verification.
